Thanks Sandra , similar to how I'm keeping them. I have four of them in a two foot tank, they share the tank with some fulica, but appear unbothered by them. However I wonder if that's a factor?

No i don't think so, I have 3 of them, they share the (little) tank with 3 A reticulata's. Sandra.

Hmm ok, thanks Sandra. I'd better freeze the eggs I think then, my Albopictas are small so I would think the babies will be too, lovely pets with gorgeous shells, but not good for breeding I recon

I don't no the size of the parents have influence on the eggs. I had a little reticulata(she died) and her baby's are bigger then she was and they still growing
