Gorgeous!! How old is Shelley? I'm not exactly sure as she was quite old when I got her. I'm thinking maybe just over a year. Shes not very big for a tiger, and she's had little to no new shell growth :/

Small or not Shelly's a lovely looking snail. The Tiger Snail I have got now really started growing when I figured out there was a problem with the heat mat and changed it to a new one. As soon as the tank temp warmed up by about 2 degrees he suddenly really started a growth spurt and is still growing.

Zorst I had this problem as well! This is my Achatina Achatina (Albino). Honey is about a year and a half old.

I too had tank temperature problems in December, and at the same time my Tiger snail Ewert had shell growth problems that just kept getting worse. When I fixed the temperature, he took on working hard to smooth out his shell deformity, and when that was done, he started a growth spurt that's still going on. I got my other Tiger a while after this temperature problem got sorted out, and he's been growing well the whole time.

Is it normal for Honey to like a temperature of about 20-24 degrees c instead of 25-30 degrees c. All my snails thrive at around 20 to 24 degrees.
It's really weird.

If Honey's happiest at that temp I see no problem with it, as each Snails an individual. I would just say go by what Honey does and how she acts, if she's sleeping a lot up she may be a bit cold so then up the temperature a bit.

Tigers do seem to be sensitive to even the smallest changes... but i believe all snails are individuals and what works best for one, won't work for another and vice versa...
