Well I asked the person I got them from and hers were laying eggs at six months. The ones I got were about 2/3cm when I got them roughly 5/6 weeks ago and they are now just short of 7cm. They are growing faster than any snail I have had. They also have a very good appetite.

My immaculata 'Mozambique' babies are also very fast growers and very greedy, and I have never had any problems with rasping of shells by them or my two tone immacs. It's something I heard first several years ago when I was new to snails but have thankfully never experienced.

Achatina balteata growth spurt was very surprising too, but he didn't have it before he was six months already.

An update on my panthera. They are now 10cm shell size and nearly double the size of tye albopicta that I got earlt july with the panthera. I am amazed how fast they have grown and are still eating like mad and growing.

They are quite greedy, they eat loads of cuttle, they do one every 2 weeks.
