Ha ha haha, I am getting a mental picture here Etana love. Bless her, I can only imagine what happens when two inexperienced snails decide to have a bit, it must be a total fiasco and red snaily faces all round LOL!!

Lol yes, I remember having my Arianta arbustorum octuplets, they didn't even think of practising in couples but instead attempted three-, four- and fivesomes with each other. NEVER once did it end with anything but a bunch of frustrated snails! Also reminds me of the fulica with their endless misfortune in wooing a snail who's in the middle of wooing another snail, and everyone ends up rejected, poor snails!

Ha ha, sounds like a swingers party Etana love or an orgy but where no one knows what they are doing. Perhaps the little Fulica snail wanted to make it a threesome . They do get themselves into some pickles don't they and it is sometimes hard for us to tell if things are going well or not LOL?!! Hugs Jo xx

Hahah yes all of that is very true. Back to the subject, one of the albino Tigers keeps on swelling up. Not severely or anything, and the others don't do the same, so I hope it's just his raging hormones. The snails are starting some pretty mad growth spurts. Even Gaius the big guy has added new, bright orange shell! I knew he wasn't done growing yet! It truly is spring for them now!

Sorry, I did stray off the subject a bit Etana love. Growth spurts are always good and then tend to eat more too. Do your Tiger's have a good appetite? Gaius bless him doesn't want to be left behind LOL!!

Nah it's ok! Yeah they eat pretty well, they are particularly interested in poops which is nice, less for me to clean up (it seems diarrhoea is the only thing they don't want)! One has a bad shell, but even he is growing like crazy right now. Gaius is my only one who loves potato, hahaha. Lol @ Gaius if he's worried someone might out-grow him! He's still by far the biggest. Maija is my second biggest snail of all. I am nearly sure she's finished her shell or turned to only growing super slow, but she is massive and she is making eyes at Mauno with her cheek bulging. Mauno is not feeling it, he just sits thinking like he did before his first attempts at having a family last autumn. Hopefully he'll agree to try again, and make the decision a bit more quickly this time, as Maija gets visibly frustrated.

Thanks honey. Mine tend to be faddy and I have to remember what their favourites are at the present time. A bit difficult really because they all like different things, hence the large variety they get every day. Clever these snailies LOL! Mine have been eating lots of poops lately, I have not had to take many out and I do it every day. Poor Gaius, wants to be top snail a bit like my Golly. All mine are big too and even Pammie isn't quite as big although she is my second biggest snail. The rest don't care I don't think as long as they have food and a nice spray. Poor Maija, I hope she has better luck soon and Mauno bucks up a bit and makes her happy.
