just got some Pumpkin seeds to try from Asda, and also saw a bag of triple berry seed mix.....it contains the following: punpkin/ sunflower seeds, dried gojo berries, dried cranberries infused with concentrated pineapple jiuce, dried sweetened blueberries and pine nuts it wasn't til i got home i thought s**t, berries = sugar........which am i right in thinking this mix is NOT ok to grind and feed the snailies? i bought my electric grinder so it's no hold barred shortly PS - seen other seeds in the shop i went to earleir are they ok for snails, they are : Black Sunflower Seeds Sunflower Hearts Nijer Seeds cheers

If you give snails some dry berries it would be good soak them for while. When berries lose moisture while they dry. They might swollen in side of snails you could take berries out of that seed mix like small amount at the time and let berries soak on their own sometime just in case so they are not too dry and add grounded seeds in there. Or if you can't separate them from mix just add some water after grinding and let berries absorb water in them. Babyfoods has too little bit added sugar, so think snails don't mind of extra sugar, sugar is natures product anyways. Seeds don't need any soaking, but if I would have some just dry berries/fruits at home I would soak them before giving so they get soft. So it's snail safe to eat.
