Helloo I've had some problems with my coir, its incredibly soggy, and at the very bottom, its almost swamp like :/ The snails spend most of their time on the walls, so they probably haven't even noticed except for when they eat, but its really bugging me. I've tried mixing it all up with a wooden spoon everyday, but it doesn't seem to dry it out much. I've read that Fulica dont like their conditions to be too wet, and i've completely run out of coir blocks, so is their a way to dry the soil out abit? Or atleast make it less heavy? Katie x

You could maybe try to take some of if it some bucket or make pile from substrade in nother side of tank. Take some on your hand and squeeze as much water out in some bowl etc as much you can and put it back in tank in the nother end. When you think you squeezed enough water out of that soggy substrade spread substrade back evenly.
