hi all caqn i plant primrose plants in my snails tank? i want to add a bit of colour,and the plants are only 49p at my local homebase ;D

I think it's ok to put in. Just check that it don't break too much. Some plants can't stand that if some stems cut off too often, snails aren't too tender when climbing. I have few rules for plants for snail tanks. It has to like humid. Plants should not break if you touch it to check if it safe enough for snails so stems have to be strong so snails won't fall down when climb and snail won't fall off it too easily. And you have to check does plant need to have growing in peace or can they be little bit disturbed some plants don't like too much of touching other wise they drop their leaves. Make sure that too that plant doesn't work as insecticide, there's some plants that are those ones, I don't know can those be bought from florist. I just last summer checking what plants can be given to snails I found that kind of plant in wild, it smelled so horrible that I never got too near it. They could be harmless to snails I'm not sure.

If you want you can try grow some easter grass/ochre for snails in some plate or some kind of short edge container. It so cute to see babies or adults slime around it and trying what is it.
