I would think that they'd be fine to leave in the tank, I often leave sprouting plants in mine for a while, they look nice! Snail mixes are mainly cereal crops and should be fine.

i mean the snail mix is sprouting... its growing,... the od seed or 2 has started growing into a plant. Don't worry about that - you might even find that your snails eat the leaves of the little plants as they grow I've got tiny tomato plants growing in my tank atm as the snails had tomatoes a few days ago and they tend to poop the seeds out all over the place. There's not much light in my tank though so chances are the plants will either die on their own or they'll get pulled out next time I mix the substrate up. You can pull the plants out if you like or you can leave them to grow - they might look nice if they start to get to a reasonable size, or like I say, your snails might like to munch on them

you can often get interesting plants, i know that when i had a budgie we would occasionally get hemp growing in the garden! however i assume it would be a plant with lower thc than the recreational sort! funny thing to grow in your garden though!
