Oh Zorst hunni, these pictures are so beautiful they brought tears to my eyes. I am glad the little chap is over his infection and he can now enjoy being a little foal. Mum is gorgeous too. Thanks for sharing these wonderful photos and it is your love which has seen them through this and I so wish there were more people on this planet like you.

Thanks Jo, I'm glad that you and Etana liked the photo's. I'm just glad all my hard work and long hours have paid off and he's well and happy back with his mum. just enjoy seeing them happy , healthy and together. He still has to have extra milk so some bottle feeds but thankfully mum now does the night shift and I can get some much needed sleep lol.

You are welcome love and I hope you have caught you on some sleep. There is nothing more wonderful than seeing a mummy and foal running and prancing together, it is as if they are full of joy which I think they are. Yes, I meant to comment on the scenery, I would love to wake up to that every morning, it is wonderful. Thanks for keeping us updated hunni.

Yeah all the scenery around here is amazing its either mountains forest or sea add in some ruined castles and some liveable ones, stone circles and standing stones n lakes and thats pretty much this whole area.
On a sunny day its great but you also get the days with the sea fog and the low cloud so some days you don't see anything but a cloud becuase your in the middle of one lol. But the sunrise n sunsets here are to die for and the Thunder / lightning storms when the roll in off the sea are amazing to watch.
No days weather is ever the same and it can change littrilly in minutes. But that's what I love about here, gone are my days of living in towns n cities I really dont do well in places like that, I don't even like visiting them.
Mum n Foal are doing grand he's used to going out and then coming in again , he's still having bottle feeds twice a day which helps take a bit of the pressure off of mum a bit and helps him grow as he's still playing a bit of catch up growth wise.
I'm cathcing up a bit on the sleep but being up constantly for those few weeks has played merry hell with the bone spurs in the arches of my feet, so they cause me a few issues half way through the night and wake me up. I now have something to help me out with that so hopefully things will ease off and I can get some proper sleep a last.
Anyway off to give the little guy his next feed.

It sounds very much like Cornwall where you are Zorst hunni, we have ruins and lived in castles, lovely scenery and the whole place seems infused with magic and legend. We too, unfortunately, have more bad weather than good so it makes it difficult to plan days out but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else except perhaps where you are which sounds very similar. I am sorry to hear about the spurs on your feet stopping you from sleeping darling, you really do suffer. I am glad you are managing to catch up on your sleep even if it is gradual. I am so pleased to hear that mum and daughter are doing well; I have to keep going back to look at the wonderful photos you so kindly sent.
