Information provided by Andreas Leiß, This species is missidentified in many books and collections as Archachatina papyracea, but these are two distinct species. Dr. Mead has found this on anatomical studies. The true adelinae lives only in Cameroon and has a thin and light shell. It is 6 - 7 cm long as adult, with a yellow shell, pinkish apex and conspicous brown pattern, which is similar to camerunensis. The difference to camerunensis is the smaller shell and the pinkish Apex.

Thanks Kevin, is it fair to assume that these are not known to be kept within the EU?
