There is already a thread on this but here's a shortened down version to help anybody who is wondering what type of snail they have.
I will point out that it's a good thing to know as immaculata are known to sometimes rasp other species of snail, causing shell and / or body damage, resulting in injury and sometimes death in the victim snail.
Immaculata appear to have a taste for meat at times!
So if you are unsure of what you have, and you either want to breed them to sell on, or you wish to keep several species in tank, it's very useful to have the correct ID.
Information provided by Kevin (Kevin's reply to the above picture-quote in a previous thread)
fulica's shell colour and pattern can vary a lot, the patterns are exactly like some fulica I kept a few years ago, they may have a plain brown shell when larger. The two species can be very similar though, when it isnt possible to tell its best to check the columella colour, immaculata would have a clear pink, reddish or purple columella.
Theres some pics of immaculata on my website,

These are the most commonly kept ones,

Well.... these are the snails I believed to be Immaculata, the one on the left is the one that I thought was an Immaculata but seems to be a Fulica, as I saw it mating with my Rodatzi, if the upturned one isn`t Immaculata, I don`t have any! lol oh and I`ve kept these in with all my other snails with no problems at all.......
