I remember seeing one before. I'm not convinced that snails need special liners etc. I think the deal is with this tank you buy it with it's liners, and then you feel you should buy more. It's designed to lift off the base for easy cleaning, but that would mean no substrate for the snails to bury under.
I'm sure there must be a use for it, but I'm no0t convinced it's the ideal thing for snails.
Perhaps a small tree snail varierty that does not require substrate, or could make do with a pot of substrate put in?

How about ventilation? So snails can't handle if it's too damp neither. I could not really get hang on that design what that really is. If I would had that I would flip it over upside down and make lid to it. Bit too dangerous to my taste wait snails to climb on glass so you get it "open" first.

I see what you mean about lifting the whole thing off the base (hadn't noticed that) but it does also have a lift-off lid so you could clean it that way anyway. I agree that snails don't need those liner things, but you could just cover them in substrate anyway I reckon. I personally do actually quite like putting a layer of capillary matting at the bottom of the tank under the substrate to absorb excess water anyway, so I'm kind of used to doing that already. It's not quite an ideal tank anyway, but it's significantly cheaper than the really great tanks like the Exo Terras, so I guess it depends whether you'd rather get something more expensive that won't be much of a hassle, or get something cheap and work around the flaws
