First of all I would like to say hello again. It has been a long time since I was last in the forum due to family issues. Anyway, I would just like to know your opinion.
I have found it interesting to note that my snails, when they have died, seem to have done so in pairs.
My first puylaerti, Bambi, died in May 2009. Four months later, it's partner, Betlem, died.
Two of my baby puylaertis, Holly and Scrooge, died on the same day, only 2 months old in Februaury this year.
My albino reti, Valentina, died at the beginning of this month. 12 days later, its partner, Dylan, also died.
Is this usual? I have other healthy snails and these are the only ones that have passed on.

I don't know how unusual it is. I have also experienced a similar thing. I have had snails of a species that I've kept seemingly successfully for many months for one to die for no known reason, followed by another.
Aw sorry to hear about your snails, Vida x

Well, it's happened again. Azafran and Clementina, 3 and a half years old and 2 and a half years old, have died on the same day. I have other healthy snails living with them, so I don't think it can be an illness. They must be more sensitive than humans give them credit for.
