So, as some of you might know, one of my Fulica laid some eggs a couple of months ago. I kept 3, and managed to hatch 2. So, now the babies have grown quite nicely, the biggest of the two being around 1 1/2 inches now, and the biggest of the two adults beign almost 5 inches. The adult tank only has heating when the radiators are on, which isn't often, and its beginning to get really quite cold around here now. The baby tank has the heat mat.
What size should I wait to until i put the babies in with the adults? I can't really afford to buy another heat mat, and am hoping they can all be in the big tank, with the heat mat moved onto that, before it gets really cold.
Thankyou x
