I have received my bits i ordered today they are great and real value for money, The seller only charged me what it cost to post the items so a real bargain, i would recommend these to any one.
Thanks again Ness for posting, I was going to buy them at the reptile shop and 1 grape vine would have cost what i bought 10 for off ebay. xx

Yeah the company (Ark Pets Online) lied to me, or so it seems, just to save themselves £4 and have ignored my emails for an explanation since. It's not the £4 that bothers me, it's misleading me that annoys me. They have a price promise on their website to try to match or beat any other price for the same product. I found one £4 cheaper (actually £10 cheaper as that other company had a further discount for new customers). Ark pets told me they couldn't reduce their price at all due to them using their own delivery people, as they "wouldn't trust a currier with something as large and fragile as a vivarium". I thought fair enough, and being as this delivery service looks better than a currier service (on the website it advertises how communicative the service is, with a quick delivery and the promise of letting customoers know an approximate time of delivery so that customers don't have to wait in all day). So I placed the order. Heard nothing for two days, phoned them. The viv was out of stock. I ordered the same viv in a different shade of wood. I was told that they'd send it out via CURRIER and it would PROBABLY arrive next day. It did, but without the sealant I ordered to go with it. They rectified that with an apology. Fair enough BUT it annoyed me that I was misinformed by them, in order for them to save themselves £4, by telling me they'd use their super-duper communicative delivery service as they wouldn't trust a currier, and then they sent the darned thing by currier! It's a little thing. It's £4 no big deal. But it's being treated like a fool and being lied to that's like a red-rag to a bull with me. I'm awaiting their explanation. Yes my handbag is out, with a brick in it.
