Hey all...
I'm sorry but I don't know the proper word for it as English isn´t my first language, but my fully grown achatina achatine have sealed itself inside the shell and I'm really worried.
All the snails have been in a room during the winter that is only about 15 degrees but heat mats have been there to maintain a good temp.
She shut herself up a few weeks ago actually and in the beginning I thought that her box might have been to dry, but Ive been pampering the box with heat and moist for the last week and there is no sign from her at all
Ive read about hot baths - is that an option or what should I do ??

I'm really glad your snail has come out of hibernation. You were correct that warm (feels nice to touch) water can help to wake snails up from hibernation. Your snail might like a bowl of shallow water in the tank, or might like to be sprayed with water each evening.
