The big black ones are Pleurodonte excellens, they mostly came from landsnails.org some of them I haven't had long :-) the only ones in culture right now are the Pleurodonte marginella marginella which are the first ones on the orange lid :-)

Great snails, someday I hope to have some Pleurodonte's of my own I can't believe how big the ones with the black shells are

1st pic, snails on the right- What are those? They're shell looks more loosely coiled than the other pleurodonts.
And I agree the p. excellens looks awesome!
Do they show any preference for certain vegetables?
