I've found another set of eggs.. but these look different. I'm a little new to snails and I've only had two clutches of eggs, but I don't know if this is from a snail or not. I also have some isopods in there, but I thought they carried the eggs with them, not laid. the eggs are smaller and different colors than the other eggs I've seen. these have white, tan, brown, and even a slightly pink one. could they just be older eggs? I've heard of snails not releasing the eggs for too long and them being rotten. could that be what this is? Attachments:

The pic works Those eggs do look a bit strange to me too, but I'll leave further commenting to the more experienced snail keepers. Just tell us what species of snail do you have?

I hope they do turn out to be Snail eggs love but like you Etana hun, I am no expert but coming on here is so interesting and informative. What are Isopods please? The only one I know are the huge ones which live in the sea. I think I am the only one who thinks they are cute; they have been described as grotesque which I think is dreadful. I keep promising myself to get a soft toy one which is for sale on ebay. I have a beautiful one of a snail already.
Hugs JO xx

I think any isopod looks somewhat like the giant ones in the sea, they come in many sizes and it's interesting how some live in water and some in very dry places. Correct me please if I got anything wrong! I have a soft spot for many "ugly" creatures really.

Man, sea isopods are nightmare material! Anyway, I agree that the eggs in many colours looks a bit strange, but maybe they're just snails eggs that are close to hatching?

Yes, those are snail eggs. How long ago were they laid? They will change color as the snails develop inside of them (the shell showing through).

the snails were caught, so I'm not 100% sure but I think they're Asian tramp snails (Bradybaena I think). but there's also another kind that could be almost anything. I noticed the eggs around 3 or 4 days ago but they could have been there longer, I've been forgetting to check under the tank. but thank you, I just wanted to make sure it was snail . I guess I can get a little too paranoid when it comes to them.
