I will be off line for around 5 weeks as we are camping this weekend and then off to our holiday home in Scotland. My little slimers are going to a friends this weekend but then are coming on holiday with me and the kids. One perk of working in school I get lovely long summer holidays. Had to buy a huge plastic box to put all my slimers in but have had to get another on for the panthera. I hope my car is big enough to fit us all in or might have to get a Snaily trailer.Lol, my hubby thinks I'm very sad taking them with us but as I pointed out he wouldn't feed, squirt or look after them. I will post pics when I get back of them having a good snaily time in Scotland. Lol.

Have fun on your holidays! Snails are great company on trips though, a year ago at summer I took my little friends everywhere with me (as they all fit inside one plastic box). They just retracted into their shells for the more boring parts, and I just kept thinking of how the same species actually attach to the outer surfaces of cars and trains to spread all over the country, so getting to sit safely in a box for travelling was a luxury. It was so easy to feed them too, as everyone had either leftover vegs in the fridge, and/or I visited houses with fresh, pesticide free dandelions growing in the yards. Yummy for the snailies. I'd love to travel with a huuuuge fat snail, just to freak people out a little.

Haha that would be so cool. I am hoping my Rhodei eggs hatch so I will have more snailies to travel back home with.
