Thanks everyone, Jo re the tiny snails I was assuming they are the same type as the adults at least that the impression I'm under. I'll try again to find out if they are different. I'll pm you in a few days when I'm better.

Thank you Zorst love. The babies do not appear to be white so I don't know if they are the same as the albinos. Do they go white as they get older? I have probably said something really silly there and you are all going to laugh at me LOL!!
They are mega cute and they now have a heat mat and plenty of poopy coir.

lol! No worries and I'd never laugh at you. I believe she had both dark and light colored snails so they may be a cross of both. I'm still waiting on a reply. Thanks very much Jo.

You are very welcome hunni, I am really enjoying looking after them. Everyone was around the food tonight with a few exceptions who were having a drink or a swim. I am going to ask Paul to get some grapes for them, I can imagine that being a real treat. My snailies tend to eat in the morning whilst the albinos do so at night but everyone is happily rubbing along together in there, it is a happy snailie home I hope.

How are you doing Zorst?
I've for some reason needed 5 hour naps lately despite sleeping at nights too, whew. If this continues I have to see a doc.

LOL at least I'm not the only one with 5 hr naps, man my sleeping pattern is crazy. Well finally I can eat n drink again n keep it all inside where it should be. Be it I can only handle very small amounts I'm slowly getting there. Standing up for more than 20 mins is very hard work as i get very tired n just start to shake, but hey I'm getting there.
Snails are all ok thankfully but the do need a proper tank clean out which I'll attempt over the weekend. And I have just discovered an escapee who was hidden behind a Map I have on one of the roof panels, My room's a converted attic so only has half walls then the sides of the roof, makes it nice n cozy etc but you can exactly hang many pictures lol. Anyhow the escapee is now busy eating a piece of sweet potato not sure how long he's been roaming around my room, its just one of the garden snails but I'm glad to find him all the same.

Oh bless him, he was probably hungry. Why do they always want to escape, they never realise how well off they are in their home? My roachies are bad for that and I tell them, it is not a very nice world out there and where they are is warm, cosy, with regular service LOL!!

Glad you're getting better Zorst, and that's good that you found the snail too. Garden snails can go on some crazy adventures! Whenever I start worrying about sending Arianta arbustorum in the mail, I remind myself that they go to new places by attaching themselves to cars and trains and just riding along!

I am glad you are starting to feel a bit better darling and the snailies are OK. We suffer in similar ways on here and are able to relate to each other and give comfort. Snailies too are a great comfort.
