Hi guys, I have a new fulica with a really damaged shell, and I was wondering how it might have happened I land if there's any way to make it better? The ship owner said she's seen them rasping at each other and there was no calcium so I was wondering if it was just what that looks like?

Ugh, poor snail. Part of that looks like something most old snails get, and there appears to be old damage from falling, too. I haven't seen first hand what a rasped shell is like so can't comment on that.
If the shell has no holes in it then it's safe for the snail. Just offer a good calcium source and a varied diet, he might smooth it out a bit once he understands he's safe now.

Provide them with a cuttlebone and keep them on a substrate that isn't too acidic. If you have the guts, tell that pet shop to take better care of their snails!
