Ahh, hi again after a long time! I've had to put all my time recently into looking after my bf, who we feared was very seriously ill. The situation wasn't quite as bad as it could have been, the symptoms were horrible but it turns out it was some very angry celiac disease. Since we started treating it with a new diet, he's already a lot better and doesn't need to be constantly watched anymore, so I can come back here to work. Hope everyone and all the snails are doing well!

Thanks Jo, yeah it was scary, he is a very big and strong guy who lifts weights and runs half marathons, and seeing him unable to walk straight due to all the pain was something I hope to not see again for a long time.

That must have been awful sweetie, Paul is, or was a chunky chap too but now he has lost so much weight. I hope you never see it again hun and I am so very pleased that he is on the mend. Do keep me posted.
Love Jo xx

My bf is very nearly back to normal with the new diet. Yesterday was his first entirely pain-free day. Yay!

Glad to hear that he's recovered. Bringing up this condition made me do some research to learn more about it, and be aware.
