We have tiger bulges! Got the sweeties out for their protein and 2 have very pronounced bulges, and are kissing a bit too, so maybe baby tigers soon? I have no idea how long it takes between bulges and babies, I'm used to fulica where there are always babies šš x

Aww that's so exciting. Tigers might take a longer time courting than fulica (lol, who doesn't? Haha) but I love that they're kissing. Keep us updated!

Lol i swear fulica sometimes don't even try to court lol! It's very sweet, we have a littler one who's showing signs of maturing, but the other two are sleeping together and kissing and its super adorable š x

Hahaha yes, sometimes fulica just seem to say "HI LOVELY" and try their luck, and the other snail might or might not appreciate.

They are absolutely adorable! I'm not sure if this means anything, but yesterday Rasbery and Pear were doing everything together, eating, sleeping, and general snailiness, and today Rasbery is buried by the glass, but awake? He keeps poking his head around, he does seems to be looking for something, so maybe soil testing! Very exciting times! š

It sounds like he is looking for future places to lay eggs. He might also drop a single test egg somewhere there as he gets ready to be a dad-mommy.

Hi Jo he's doing good, he just slimed awake and very deliberately went to the warmer bath and placed his shell in it, keeping his body out, so he's up to something x

YAY!!!! Pregnant snails may warm up their eggs by placing their shells in warm baths and near heat mats. Mine do that too, they're wanting to speed up the process. It's amazing how these animals are not "simple" at all despite their reputation. It'll be great if you can get a photo!
