Congratulations hunni, I was very excited a little while ago when I found some hatchlings. They are so cute and tiny and doing very well.

Thank you jo, you always have something nice to say which puts a smile on my face. I think the first clutch of eggs are about to hatch. Amber snails are small to begin with so the baby's might be a challenge to see.

Well I read Amber snails hatch in a fortnight which is 2 weeks. I can see their eyes!!! Need a jeweler loupe to see them.

Two babies hatched!!! They are so tiny I have to use a loupe to look at them. I will try to get a picture, might be a challenge.

Good luck with getting that photo Mack love and I am so pleased for you. It amazes me how different snails eggs are depending on type. These look more like frog spawn without the little black dot. Thanks for keeping us updated hunni.

Impressed with the pic where their tiny eyes show through! Very fascinating, thanks for posting. Most of my snails lay eggs with a firm calcium eggshell (in fact I don't think I currently have any that don't) so I miss out on seeing their little features develop.

Are those little eyes Etana love, that is so cute?! I can see the little dots now, I still have a lot to learn about snailies. Same here love, the types of snaily I have lay what we would think of as traditional eggs but like you, I would love to see their little bodies develop.

I love the super tiny baby snails, but they are so tiny I'm afraid I won't be able to keep all of them going until adults. Hard to get a good picture, I will keep trying! I hope to have a couple helix pomatias in winter when the company is selling again (only certified place here I can find).

I am going to have difficulty in keeping all of mine too Mack hunni but they are so cute as babies. They bumble around the tank doing their own thing with confidence and not giving a hang that they are so tiny and in the presence of bigger snailies. It is such a gentle happy community.

Wow, their clutches look very interesting. And yeah, I've heard that the babies come out "almost microscopic" so seeing them without the proper tools is a challenge!😮
