Yes a picture would be helpful, try to have good lighting and make your camera focus.
The castor oil idea was from the link I sent you, right? I don't have any extra knowledge on it, sorry. I don't know if it can harm the snail but I know it has seemed to help a snail before.

Rather use plain green tea. Snails appear to think toothpaste smells gross (try breathing at one when you've brushed your teeth, you will see), so the peppermint might result in a needlessly grumpy snail.

Oh. That was unexpected. Don't wake him up for now, just see to it that he doesn't dry up due to the shell damage. Keep the tank damp. He should emerge in a few days I think so keep food and water available for him.

Im pretty sure the shell demage is alredy repaired to level that he wont dehydrate beacause of it, theres a hard white layer on both of the holes.

That's very good to hear, now allow him his rest. I hope he will be able to eat or at least drink when he comes out.

Ok. Use a fork or similar tool to crush the food. Make it look like what would come out of a blender, no pieces at all. Add some water so he can drink it. Use vegetables that are soft to begin with, no skins.
Good luck!

I gave him peas bananas fish flakes, a bit of smashed cuttlebone, tomatos and smashed leafs from a plant i know snail here eat all the time all smashed and mixed with water. he seems interested but again he did what he did last time, opening his mouth rubbing in it, doing movment of eating, but i dont think he ate any. ut was very soft and mushy, all he needed to do was to suck it in.. i think something is very wrong with his mouth

Ohh... good idea about the greens, but yeah, that sounds bad that he still couldn't eat it. I wish it was easier to take snails to a vet, as this fellow would need one. Can you show us a photo of his face?
