It is, by far one of the most hilarious things I've seen them do. Googly did this while eating the side of his old tank. But most the time they suck their face in and stick their eyes like this. I'd love to know what they are thinking.

Lol yes it's really funny. My theory about snaily facial expressions is that outwards = happy, curious, positive, experiencing pleasure, and inwards = grumpy, scared, unsure, tired. Could be more to it of course but that much pattern I seem to have noticed. Then there are the weird guys who put an eye in their mouth, pull only the optic nerve in leaving the eyeball empty, and whatever...not going to figure those out I'm afraid.

I really like the decoration attached to the side of the tank. Quite innovative. What did you use?
Snails looking great.

It is a Exo-terra feeding dish for lizards, but I've put water in the small bowl to keep the humidity up. I've more things on the way and eventually I'll be adding a shallow waterfall in there. Off to the beach in two weeks time to get some dirftwood and other bits for them

Some more things arrived but with the humidity being rather high the rock decorations on the side had fallen. Thankfully not onto any of the snails. I have since moved them onto the floor but they still look really nice in there. I'm waiting on more Coir so I can bulk the tank up a bit more (And some grow pots from ASDA so they have herbs to eat) one of the dark skinned suts keeps retracting far but I'm hoping he will recover as he was very active. The larger one I have finally named Gadzooks

I bought some herbs today so the snails can eat something different and so the tank looks a little more decorative, however sad to say one of the suts passed away. He wasn't taking well to his new him and stopped eating, I was hand feeling him and letting him sit in warm water/mushed foods. Even a warm shower didn't seem to help him.

Thank you Etana, I thought they would enjoy some "live" growing food for a change. The mealworms also went down a treat (Dried of course). And I know, it was heartbreaking watching him slowly fade. When I had them in the shower, he did come out to have a look but he was so skinny and didn't move much. Not all make it through moving

My new additions! Four lovely little Retics added to the family And I also got this done today. As for the little one I lost, thank you. It's never easy losing any pet but he was loved for the short time he was here.
