He has coco husk on half of the tank floor, and im spraying all the time. i think his liver is exposed, the hole is in the one spin of the shell before the smallest one, from what iv read what im seeing is part of the liver. im also seeing white powedery stuff on it , that could be the start of regenerating, i think.

Oh excellent! Okay, hopefully the white stuff is his shell regenerating. Everything crossed that it is and he is able to repair it before his internal organs are too damaged from exposure. I guess you're doing all you sensibly can for now, but let us know what happens, for better and worse.

also if anyone know of ways to keep the place sterile and clean in a way that wont risk for infection and also wont hurt the organs from the cleaning action itself

Hi, He is more active today, and see less of the weired retractions and antler movements. He still hasnt touched food or cuttlebone, and i can see an obvious white layer covering the exposed parts. also his mantle has come more out and i think he is starting to recover the tip which was also broken

It sounds like he has a good calcium reserve (snails try to carry some extra calcium for shell accidents) and he's adult enough not to need food yet. I accidentally clicked "like" so many time it turned into a dislike, didn't mean to do that! Keep us posted!

He has started to eat! and he pooped twice, i think there was a white part so he probebly ate some from the cuttlebone

That is really great news! Yes the white poop sounds like he's eaten some cuttlebone. Double hooray! How's his shell repair going, and is he moving more easily yet?

I am so pleased Helptoall love, isn't it a nice feeling when they start doing normal things after causing their mums to worry? I am always amazed at the different coloured poops they can produce Hugs Jo xx

I also wanted to ask you abou that thing ive found in the tank yesterday. i know the pictures arent good, this thing was stuck to the lid of the tank , it looked like a part of an intestine or aomething like that. I dont knoe ,maybe its just poop but it has a really weired texture and color. it looked like an internal organ. also the tank is really smelly and its full with small flying inscets. the snail is ok ,eating and moving and everything.

That's just a large watery poop that's a result of him not eating & pooping for a while and then re-starting his system, the black is likely remains of him having had soil (normal for snails). His organs can't fall out in a way that'd allow him to just continue snailing around.
The insects are likely fruit flies. Since you have coco husk in his space, you can take out poops and old food a bit more often so the flies don't have the time to pupate (I think their egg to adult cycle is 2 or 3 days). Regarding the coco husk, you should squeeze excess water out of it with your fists until only one or two drops of water per fistful comes out, and put it back in there. This way he gets to keep the beneficial bacteria, but it should reduce smells. Hope this helps!
