Hi helptoall, I see you've found another little guy who needs help. I'm glad you're doing this. The pic is in your email, so we don't see it. Please use the Attachments feature of the board, or store it somewhere public or link to it. Does he accept any food?

He started to wonder a bit in the tank. when he is crawling amotimes he spins, and his shell dosen move along, so it is lie verticle to his foot and head. also it looks like his mentel is retracked when hes foot and head is out,it looks a bit unusual,do you know if this could be a sign to mental collapse? though i think in mental collapse its the opposite then this.. maybe beacause he has cracks in his inner axis his mental is streched inside in order to heal the shell cracks?

I'm not very worried about that white thing. I'm thinking it's stress slime. See if it washes off with lukewarm water.
I'm glad he's moving. Not eating food is common with snails who are in shock, but he should start soon, and also have a (likely brown or black) poop for you so you'll know his guts are okay.
Going a bit more in than normally is not mantle collapse, he's likely repositioning himself according to what's weak in the shell, and his mantle could also be a bit sore and it's easier to hold the shell from deeper in.
If you are able to get him some calcium, that'd be great. I remember someone from Petsnails who couldn't buy calcium in any form. Was that, by any chance, you?

No, since my first time im saving cattlefish bone in my shelf, ive already took a piece and put it in his tank. im pretty sure he pooped,it was kinda small but it looked like poop and was brown black color. He was also doing some weired antler movments, i dont know if it was the kind that shows big pain and that something inside is wrong,or he was just looking around trying to understand where he is.now he is resting retracked. another unusual thing is that he isnt trying to climb.. almost all the other snails ive took even in severe cases where always trying to climb and hang upside down, but he isnt. he is just sitting at the middle of the tank

Do you know in how much time sfter the shock should he start eating? something like 24 hours?

Um, it's a little hard to say, but he should start having the calcium quite soon (I would expect it within a day or 2). In case he doesn't understand the cuttlefish bone, you can rub some food or a single drop of beer onto it. I've seen injured snails who only wanted calcium for several days, and only then thought of actual food. Keep a little piece of food there so you can see if he's interested. Adult snails don't have to eat every day, though.
What are his antler movements like? Is his whole upper body squirming, does he spin them around, make "upside down J" shapes with the eyes or what?

its not a total j but its like he is looking upwards and a little backwards, few times he was doing it with hes body rising up .i saw the J form on other snails and its not severe as that

He is also taking his head up, and a little backwards and then streching it forward ,and touching the floor, then retracing it and then streching up again. kinda like a worm moves

Ok, is he doing the worm-like movements constantly, like he can't stop?

Here is a photo of the shell injury, it looks more bad now, it was just cracks when ie found him, i guess some of the part were disconnected and now fell off. do you think i should try "bandage" it? with eggshells skin maybe? or should i let him heal by himself?

That's good that he doesn't squirm all the time. I think there's pain/discomfort when he does those movements. Umh, do the holes in the shell look like his inner organs are bare? I can't tell from the photo. I have had snails repair pretty crazy looking damage all by themselves, but some die from much smaller holes. I am honestly not good at making shell casts, but perhaps I'll tag Zorst to take a look, if we get lucky and she's around.... I see he's sitting on bare plastic. Make sure he gets hydrated. (I would see how he reacts to dripping a large drop of water right in front of his face or even on top of his head.)
