Wow Borini love, t hat sounds really good to eat ourselves lol! Mine are stuck with the same things at the moment as hubby is sick in hospital and I cannot get out to get them anything different but we have plenty in at the moment. Hugs JO xx As it happens I found a 'create your own Pimms' set in Morrison's that was packed with strawberries, mint leaves, and cucumber reduced from £2.50 to 25p. I thought why not! The mint has went down better than expected. Strawberries are always a bit hit and miss with mine. It'll be a welcomed return to sweet potato tonight! edit - the tank smells fabulous though!

Mine like mint but are like yours, very blase about strawberries which makes me rather cross as I think it is a real treat for them lol!! Raspberries didn't go down too well either. They don't know they're born Hugs JO xx

Tonight's snail food is carrot, green pepper, sweet potato, and blackberries. They were supposed to have more blackberries than I gave them but somehow several of them ended up in my belly... no idea how that happened...

It's been 'sweet potato week,' much to the snails' delight. Work is nuts at the minute, I haven't had time to make anything special.
I'm free over the weekend, though. Might whip them up something different.

Mine got blueberries and kiwi My 'turbo snail' was pretty fast at it. I have this one snail, when you put food in, she's at it withing a minute.

I have a few like that, some just seem completely oblivious to the food though!

I tried carrots last night and this morning they had been nibbled on all over. Tomorrow i will going to look for corn, sweet potato and squash. I hope to find some in small quantities because i don't really like corn myself.

For once the humans are having sweet potato, but obviously enough we share it with the snails. The snails also have wild dandelion leaves.

Blueberries (met with delight) and strawberries (meh'd) for the snails tonight, served on lettuce leaves. They eat better than me!
We also have some newborn retics who've been spotted munching on some leftover thinly sliced sweet potato.

I gave them some sunflower seeds. I first soaked them in water for a while. Then squashed them with a spoon. That was quite labor intensive lol. One of them is enjoying it already.

Mine had kiwi and donut peach slices. With a side dish of fresh leafy greens for over night.

I took the sun seed squash away. It started to look really nasty. Only one ate from it but yeah. Maybe next time. Now they have sweet potato, some cucumber and a red sweet pepper.

Some leftovers but quite a lot: a carrot slice, fennel, a sweet potato slice, sweet peper from yesterday and a chicory leaf.

I've just added more lettuce tonight. The diced pepper went down very well.
